About Clausy

Making contract analysis something anyone can do

Clausy started with a frustrating experience most people have had: you're handed a contract, it's full of dense legal language, and you have no idea if what you're agreeing to is normal or not. Hiring a lawyer to review every contract isn't realistic for most people. So we built something that could help.

We use AI to read through contracts and pull out the things that actually matter: clauses that put you at a disadvantage, obligations that are easy to miss, and terms worth pushing back on. It won't replace a lawyer, but it gives you a real starting point before you sign anything.

Clausy works with employment agreements, freelance contracts, NDAs, prenuptial agreements, rental leases, and general business contracts. You can upload a PDF or Word document, or paste the text in directly.

What you get

Clausy is not a law firm

Clausy is an AI tool, not a legal service. We are not a law firm, we do not employ attorneys, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. Our analysis may contain errors, miss important context, or fail to account for laws in your jurisdiction. You use Clausy's output at your own risk, and we are not responsible for decisions you make based on it. For anything that matters, consult a licensed attorney.

Who built this

Clausy was built by Adam Zolotarev, founder and software engineer at AdamZolo LLC. If you have a question, ran into a problem, or just want to share feedback, email [email protected].
